Hosting Ann-Kathrin from Nehren Germany 23-27 April.  Invited about 15 American ladies (George Washington U. graduate students) on the 25th to crash Ann-Kathrin's party.  The kitchen, stove and oven would be in full force!

Saturday, 5 April 2014 - Leading CSers on a bike ride from Lake Needwood (Derwood/Rockville, MD) to the Lincoln Memorial, 90 km r/t.

Took the day off 2 Apr 2014 to be a tour guide for a Polish physician.  Alex G., M.D. is an unpretentious young Lady! It seems like a blur to show her as much as I could in 7 hours!  It was a great hurried walk, few sights to show but made the most of it for the time we had!

Today's Muffin Triathlon was absolutely insane.  Started the bike in the rain and with falling temperature, it started snowing followed by sleet and windy conditions.  A few riders had to quit due to numbness of the fingers and toes, skipping the run portion and headed to the hot tub.

30 March 2014 at 1100 - Last of the Muffin Man Triathlon Series held during the winter months (December - April).  January was brutal when we had -12 C.  A bunch of loonies organized by a lawyer/doctor couple who has so much free time in their hands.  Actually, this couple gives so much of their time going to Haiti at least twice a year and run a free clinic.

Still thinking about the Dinner party I hosted last Sunday (23 March 2014).  I prepared dishes for four young and up coming Television News reporters who are making their presence known in the business (CBS LA, CBS Sacramento, CBS Baltimore and ABC2 Baltimore), an Austrian TV producer/TV host (a CSer working in Washington, DC) and the first ever American CSer I invited.

A great evening, a huge success!
